Always a pleasure to stock, the latest and potentially greatest issue of The Burning Sand. Now in Volume V, the journal - Scotland's finest poetry, prose and art-art-writing. On a superficial level has a beautiful design and red foil detail taken in abstraction from contributor David Roeder's work. Its stunning and smart - (well done M&J from Good Press). In this issue editor Sarah Lowndes introduces the issue then is followed by contributions from Susan Brind & Jim Harold, the aforementioned David Roeder, Brendan Breslin, Aimee Campbell, Giuseppe Mistretta, Iain Morrision, Jessica Ramm and Thom Walker.
